Exhibited Works

Artist : tomo
title : Blue Heart
price : 19,000Yen
comment : I've always loved the color blue: water, the ocean, lakes, blue glass, etc. One day I got sick and became afraid of people's voices. I often walk along the Kamo River while listening to music. I think it purifies my soul.

Water is the source of life for people and all living things. I painted this picture of a lake and forest with the hope that water will continue to purify people's souls, and that it will remain clean and transparent.
Artist : matuki
title : SUN
price : 9,000Yen
comment : I used the paper that is shredded every day as an element of this work, hoping to put it back into the cycle of natural energy by turning it into a work of art.

The sun is always warm and enveloping everyone. My depression also gets worse without the sunlight. I created this work with the image of that kind of warm energy in mind.

title : RIVER
price : 9,000Yen
comment : I used the paper that is shredded every day as an element of this work, hoping to include it in the cycle of natural energy by turning it into a work of art.

I created a river to represent the idea that human relationships circulate just as water circulates. I get tired easily and have trouble building good relationships with people, so I created this work with the image of being unable to go with the flow and being tossed about.
Artist : KOKORO
title : Gentle Clock
price : 12,000Yen
comment : On days when I feel depressed and can't get anything done, time passes slowly, and just getting through the day makes me tired, and I feel self-loathing for not being able to get anything done. The days go by just suppressing the suicidal thoughts that I can't bear. But when night comes, I feel despair at the day I spend curled up unable to do anything, and the passage of time feels very painful.

So I made a clock that doesn't tell the time. Gazing at this meaningless clock with no practical use makes me feel that time is still passing, no matter how hard the times are. I would be happy if it can be a support to someone.
